- The holiday apartments are considered reserved as soon as a deposit of 30% of the total booked holiday amount has been paid.
- The deposit is payable by bank transfer to Julia Pircher – LES OVIS

The following cancellation conditions apply to all bookings:
- Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the start of your holiday.
- In the event of cancellation 21 days to 7 days before the start of your holiday, 50% of the booked amount will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation 7 to 3 days before the start of your holiday, 80% of the amount will be charged.
- From 3 days before the day of arrival, on the day of arrival or during your holiday at LES OVIS, 100% of the invoice total due according to the booking will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total holiday amount will also be charged.
- These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in full or in part.
